“Planning for the good life”

Assignment 2

Really think about what makes you really happy? Did you have fun in 2018? When’s the last time you laughed so hard you peed your pants? Last time you did something that felt really good?

I don’t want you to go an entire year and say, "I didn’t have any fun." When you look back in 2019 I want you to say, "I’m living my best life."

I'd love for you to do a brief audit of your 2018. Create two lists: 

List One:  What was awesome you want to do more in 2019? This could be meditation, family vacations, time blocking for self-care, read 5 personal development books etc.

List Two: Things you don't want to repeat? This could be things that were a waste of time, too expensive, etc. 

Envision where you wanna go this year. Create the life you want. Then work to be the person you want to be.

I’d love to see the lists you create and review them together.
